The E.P.A. has developed a couple of methods for obtaining information that are available to everyone. They have a phone "Hot Line" which is manned from 9:00 AM thru 4:30 PM EST during weekdays #800-296-1996 and a web site at: www.epa.gov/docs/ozone. Both methods offer information from "the source".
